The Bioinformatics program includes these fundamentals and also offers training modules in the principles of high throughput sequencing data analysis and an introduction to image analysis, organized into three tracks. It begins with a mandatory common core for all students, consisting of an introduction to fundamental knowledge in Computer Science, Reproducibility and Experimental design.
