The CNRGH is the French national research center that can answer scientific questions requiring high throughput sequencing and genotyping needs through the development and implementation of innovative and integrated technologies. The organization of CNRGH makes it possible to optimize research in genetics and genomics of human diseases, by creating the essential links between the constitution of cohorts (DNA samples), the identification of the genes responsible, the study of the transcriptome and of the epigenome.
