Bioinformatics program for PhD students

The Bioinformatics program for PhD students was set up by the Hub of bioinformatics and biostatisticsto of Institut Pasteur to train all the PhD students entering the Institute in the fundamentals of collection, manipulation, visualization and statistical analysis of experimental data, particularly in biology. The Bioinformatics program includes these fundamentals and also offers training modules in the principles of high throughput sequencing data analysis and an introduction to image analysis, organized into three tracks. It begins with a mandatory common core for all students, consisting of an introduction to fundamental knowledge in Computer Science, Reproducibility and Experimental design.
