INCEPTION annual meeting 2020 - Integrative Biology, Social and Data Sciences to understand the Emergence of Diseases in Populations and in Individuals: Insights into COVID 19

The INCEPTION project comes within the context of big data in biology. It aims to synergize different fields of expertise (biology, medicine, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, and social sciences), to develop innovative solutions to the worldwide challenge of disease emergence in population and individuals. With the coronavirus outbreak, this vision built in 2016 seems precursory. In this issue, the 2020 meeting will be dedicated to COVID-19 pandemic. With the participation of high-level scientists from different background, with members of the French COVID-19 national scientific comity, this meeting is a unique occasion to discuss the contribution of different scientific fields to our understanding of the current pandemic.
